This flat in Barcelona will give you the chance to stay in a fantastic central location at a fraction of the cost of a hotel.
It´s located in the heart of Eixample, the fashionable Modernista district (Calle Mallorca) just 10 minutes walk from Passeig de Gracia with all its restaurants and shops.

We have stayed in this flat- we´d highly recommend it. It's run by Chris & Claire: a friendly couple from the UK. They have 2 daughters, so if you are coming with your family, this flat has all the gear that you´ll need.

The apartment sleeps six: with 2 double bedrooms and one twin, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, sitting room, and 2 balconies.
The flat has original features with high ceilings and the original tiled floor- a great example of a Modernista Eixample apartment.

There´s a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, high speed internet access, TV, video and DVD player.
The owners offer a babysitting service.
