The kitchen has been recently renovated & is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a shower and wc. There´s also a separate wc. The flat has central heating & air con.

The lounge has a sofa for 3 and 2 single sofas, plus a dining table, a coffee table, TV, DVD etc.

Linen and towels are included.
There is a charge of 50€ (cleaning fees)- any extra cleaning is "on demand".

The Gracia area is a picturesque and lively neighbourhood, full of bars, restaurants and tapas. There are also a number of stores such as markets and shops. It is a little village in the centre of a big city, Barcelona.

The nearest metro station is Joanic, one minute´s walk from the apartment. There are also several bus lines, but the train is the best choice to go down town.
