The Garden Flat Barcelona

Tucked away in a small street at the top of Barcelona near Tibidabo is a local's favourite called La Balsa. It's housed in a lovely wooden building with a huge terrace packed with geraniums (the building won an architectural award when it was first renovated in 1979).

Delicious Mediterranean & Catalan food cooked with high quality meat, fish and fresh vegetables, we have never been dissappointed with La Balsa. It´s definitely one of the top restaurants in Barcelona.

In the winter this is a cosy and welcoming restaurant- they'll be a few fires going to keep the place snug, and in the summer you can spill out onto one of two terraces set in flowering geraniums and a fruit tree garden.
